Scans API — Name a scan when starting it

You can now give a scan a name when you start it. Provide an optional name in the request body when creating a scan; if omitted, the scan is created without a name as before.
Endpoint: POST /v1/scans/
name(optional) — A name for the scan.

Scans API — Scan name in responses
Scan responses now include the scan's name.
Endpoint: GET /v1/scans/ and GET /v1/scans/{id}/
