Issue snooze endpoint removed

Issues API — Snooze an issue endpoint removed

The snooze an issue endpoint has now been fully removed. Calling the endpoint will now return 404 Not Found instead of 410 Gone.

Endpoint: POST /v1/issues/{id}/snooze/

To snooze a vulnerability, snooze individual occurrences instead with POST /v1/issues/{issue_id}/occurrences/{id}/snooze/.

This follows the earlier notices that snoozing an entire issue is being retired and that snooze an issue has been removed.
